Passport 9500ci Distronics Cluster Interface is for your Mercedes Benz, Ferrari and AUDI vehicles with a Passport 9500ci installed. The Distronics is a K band radar system installed in the vehicle, which is used for collision avoidance using vehicle brake control while driving on the highway. The Distronics learns the exact K frequency of your vehicle and learns not to alert to your vehicle’s particular K Frequency, but will alert to all other K bands. This allows you to detect K band radar and disregard your vehicle’s specific K band radar frequency.
