The front two M40 laser modules are installed into the lower grille, peeking through the mesh grille, but not protruding past the grille screen. Hard to see but they are there on the left and right of the grille. The back two M40 laser modules are also located in a hidden manner. Very hard to see, but highly effective at shutting the laser gun display off, while the driver slows down. When either the front or back modules detect laser, the audio and LED alerts in the cockpit warns the driver to adjust their speed. The RX75 radar detector is installed behind the fiberglas bumper. The radar detector can detect X, K, Ka radar with no difficulty behind the fiberglas front. Laser is also detected and alerted to the driver, but the M40 jams the laser. Nobody can see the RX75, but it is always there in the front, searching for radar and alerting the driver in the cockpit of the GT40.
