www.1stRadarDetectors.com provides a 12 month warranty from purchase date on products purchased from 1st Radar Detectors. Some products may offer longer warranties, which may or may not be supported by 1st Radar Detectors. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective products under warranty.
RETURN, REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
UNDAMAGED RETAIL PRODUCT(S) or PART(S) RETURNED IN AN UNOPENED BOX within 7 DAYS OF PRODUCT(S) or PART(S) RECEIPT DATE will be refunded the purchase cost noted on the product(s) or part(s) purchase receipt, less a 3.5% handling cost to inventory and restock; less the shipping costs our company paid to ship the product(s) or part(s) to the customer, even if the customer did not pay for the shipping. We reserve the right in all returns, refunds and exchanges to define the condition of a product(s) or part(s) upon its return to our company as to whether the product(s) or part(s) are new and undamaged upon receipt or new and damaged upon receipt, or the product(s) returned is/are not the original product(s) shipped to the customer. Payment Processing fees cannot be refunded. These fees are applied by the payment provider selected at time of check out.
Any product(s) or part(s) returned at any time with product(s) serial numbers removed or other items removed will not be refunded in any way. Said product(s) or part(s) will be returned to the buyer as received at customer’s expense. Any product(s) or part(s) returned anytime with different products inside, or if any product(s) or part(s) returned with missing parts or damaged parts inside will not be refunded in any way and product(s) and or part(s) will be returned to the buyer as received at customer’s expense. Product(s) returned after 10 days from date of receipt will not be refunded in any way and the product(s) will be returned to customer’s address at customer’s expense. Customers returning a product(s) after 7 days of receipt that was opened will not be refunded the purchase price or shipping charges. Products returned opened and damaged in any way will not be refunded. The product(s) or part(s) shall be returned to the customer at their expense.
RETAIL PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED FROM OUR COMPANY and RETURNED UNDAMAGED IN AN OPENED BOX within 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT DATE will be refunded the purchase cost noted on the product(s) purchase receipt, less a 20% fee to cover factory test of the opened product, inventory and restock, and less the shipping costs our company paid to ship the product(s) to the customer, even if the customer did not pay for the shipping costs. Products returned after 7 days from your receipt date, opened or unopened shall not be refunded and will be returned at customer expense
Customers who wish to return their unopened product(s) within ten (10) days of receipt to exchange it for a different product(s) must pay for shipping to and from 1stRadarDetectors.com. If the difference in cost is more than the original product(s) purchase, 1st Radar will bill your credit card for the additional cost, plus shipping. If the difference in cost is less than the original product(s) purchase, 1st Radar will refund the difference to your credit card, less shipping costs.
1st Radar Detectors is not responsible for your shipping costs to return a radar detector, laser detector, laser jammer, photo blocker or any other prouduct to 1st Radar. It is the Customer’s responsibility to properly package a return product(s) to prevent damage during the entire ship return process. If the product(s) is not properly packaged and damaged upon our receipt, or if your shipper damaged the product(s) during shipment, the Customer is responsible for the costs to repair any damaged product(s) returned to our company. Customer is responsible for providing tracking and signature receipt for returned product(s) to 1st Radar.
Original (or legible copy) of purchase receipt must be provided with any return, stating name of product being returned & the date of purchase of the returned product. The receipt must indicate the product was purchased directly from 1stRadarDetectors.com.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. We are not responsible for how long your credit card company holds your funds after a refund. Please contact your credit card company and ask them when they will release funds to your credit card.

Retail Customers, who receive a damaged package must contact the shipping company that delivered the product to you to file a Damaged Product complaint.
